When you are a new parent, you are sometime so caught up in your own little world, that you forget how important it is to actually connect with other parents. When you are a parent of twins, I think it is doubly important to connect with parents of multiples. There are things that only other parents with multiples are going to really understand about what you are going through. Even if you have a friend who has three children, their experiences are so different from what you are going through at the time. It is highly, highly important to connect with other twin parents. If you can, there is a National Organization of Twin Clubs, and it's a great place to put in your zip code and find a club that is near you.
