Pornography are crime scene photos. A lot of perpetrators out there will have you believe that they are just these pictures that are being used for stimulation. Those kids that are captured in these pictures are victims of sexual assault. These are kids whose body's are being used to stimulate an adult. That is a sexual assault. You can only believe that even though it's a picture that is passed on from person to person, that there is somebody who actually assaulted the kid in order for that picture to be there. Should you come across a child pornographic image, you should report that to law enforcement. You should recognize that perhaps that person is engaged in sexual assault. As a prosecutor, the number one thing we do with a search warrant and a perpetrator is to get in their house, get in their computers, and see whether or not they had any images. In a huge percentage of my cases where we had a sexual predator, we also found that they had pornography living on their computer.
