If you find your baby to be breeched in the last trimester of pregnancy, there are several things that you can do. First thing you can do is you can play a little music on your lower abdomen, sometimes that will sway the baby's head to kind of move down towards the bottom. If that doesn't work, there are certain slant board exercises you can perform, or else the acupuncture as well as certain chiropractic techniques that may help to turn the actual baby around. If by the time you're 37, 38 weeks or so and the baby still hasn't turned, you can actually do what's called an external cephalic diversion which is done by the doctor in the hospital to actually manually rotate the baby.
