Yes, you can start exercising after you find out you are pregnant. The first thing you need to do is talk to your doctor. There are considerations. Your body will change. Talk to your physician and make sure they give you the thumbs up to exercise. 99 percent of the time, they will. In a normal, healthy pregnancy, you can do just about anything you would do when you are not pregnant. Just be careful that you start out slowly. Start out easily and make it simple. Walk. Do some light biking and swimming. Make it simple, make it easy, and start out slow.
