I absolutely love Christmas. It's one of my favorite holidays. I love the smells and the sounds and everything that has to do with Christmas. But I sort of like the old spun, old-fashioned Christmases. One of the things we love to do is to take an orange, something simple like that, take an orange and put cloves in it. And it actually looks really beautiful. It makes the house smell wonderful.
And some of the other things we like to do are with cinnamon sticks, ornaments, and Star of Anise. And these are all things you can buy on Mountain Rose Herbs, it's a website that has a bunch of herbs on it. And we also like to do things like snowflakes on paper. And when they're all spread across the room, it can look really beautiful, and then you can put little lights behind them too.
So Christmas is really fun at our house.
