Working moms who want more family time.
I would say that the first thing you want to say is: What does that mean to you? Is that just a slogan? I want more family time. Really thing about what is that for you? Is that more one-on-one time with your children? Is that more structured time with your family? Is it a specific thing that you like to do with your family?
Once we identify and clarify what it is that we want, we are much more able to make that happen. It might mean scheduling it in. Sometimes feel like I don't to schedule in family time, I want it to just happen. But you know what? It doesn't, so we really need to schedule it in. Block out a time on Sunday and schedule it in with your family, if that what it means to you.
