You know, sometimes sitting down to a meal together seems like an absolute miracle. There is a study that was done by Tufts University that found that eighty percent of families thought that it was a good idea to have a regular family meal time and yet less than fifty percent of families do share a regular meal time. So when you are sharing regular meal time, you want to make it quality. Avoid conflicts. Especially avoid conflicts around food. Find another time of day to deal with those charged issues and make sure that there's time during the meal for everyone to have some air time; some time that they can share about their day and their experiences.
