The adoption process is not a particularly confusing process, if you really take it step by step. When I first started, I was not a highly organized individual. I was able to get through it. I took each step slowly and securely; get support. Have people help you. It's actually incredibly manageable. I did it seven times. I have seven great kids to show for it, and I truly believe that anyone can do it. If you have the heart for it. If you have the heart for adoption, you absolutely can do it. It is not a matter of money. It is not a matter of time. People have all sorts of excuses; but if you really want to do it, you can. Don't let anybody discourage you.
